The Tan color option is a MUST for black dial divers/aviator style watches imo. To me this tan color gives my Tudor BB41 Monochrome a vintage Mil-Sub look that I just adore. I like that the strap has a nice thickness to it, giving a nice robust feel, and the tapered style gives a vintage flair. As another reviewer pointed out about some fraying, keep in mind that the stitching goes all the way through the strap so I’m kinda hoping mine gets some frayed ends to give it an even more worn in and used look.

The strap looks good, but I am concerned about its durability. I have only worn it a few times and it is already fraying around the edges of the straps and loops. The has resulted in the edge of the brown leather underneath to become visible; not a good look. Mind you, the strap has not been abused or worn in adverse conditions and it is already showing excessive wear. Also, the second loop you feed the end of the strap through seems oversized and loose. I wasn’t expecting the highest quality at $30, but this has been a disappointing experience.
