International customers are responsible for any fees related to import customs or duties.

Please be advised that not all cancelation and order change requests can be read and processed before the order is shipped as we do not receive them the moment they are sent. We do our best to check for them every 30-60 minutes during business hours, but it may take longer in some cases such as during peak business hours, lunch breaks, staff meetings, high volume of emails, etc. Orders are normally picked up daily around 12pm EST, so please submit your returns request by 11am EST for best chance of it getting processing in time. Your order may have already been shipped even if you have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email as these emails are get sent about 2 hours after we process shipments. In any case where the orders has shipped before your request can be processed, you will have to submit a returns request to return your order for an exchange or refund.
