I ordered the tan 21mm for my Orient.
The strap leather came out looking a little more distressed than as pictured. It was also generally lighter in colour with greater variance in shade (the lighter parts looked much lighter; and the darker parts, darker).
I found that applying shoe cream on the straps help put back a little colour and lustre. But if the straps have already lightened in areas that have worn a bit, then that contrast in shade is going to stay.
Still a good quality strap in its material and construction – I’ve had mine for a good year now and really showing its age well. Mind that I am generally careful in the wear and storage of my watches, but with being worn for an average of 3 days a week, all day in semi-active conditions, the stitching is showing no signs of wear or damage.
I get compliments on it nevertheless (maybe because of that rarely-seen croc-skin pattern)

Really nice looking and smelling leather strap. The brown is a bit more on the reddish (burgundy) side but it looks good regardless
