Please visit our returns page and fill out a returns request.

We only accept returns on items in new, unused condition. Once a leather strap is installed then removed is shows immediate signs of wear and thus the item cannot be re-sold.

We offer worldwide shipping that may vary by country. Please refer to our shipping info for more details.

All US orders come with tracking. Some international orders have tracking depending on the delivery country. Our Canadian orders do not have tracking, but we rarely experience any issues with lost orders.

All our US and International orders ship via USPS First Class mail.

Canadian orders ship via Canada Post Light Packet Mail.

All our straps are only available with the buckle as shown in the description. We do carry several strap styles with more than one buckle finish. To find all the options for a particular model, you can enter the strap SKU number in the search bar at the top of the page. The strap SKU can be found in the item description.

We do not offer any customization services at this time.

We don’t carry extra short models at this time, but have plans to in the near future. For now, please note, most of the smaller size bands (ex: 16mm and under) do come in a shorter length than the larger size versions of the same style. Please check the dimensions tables on the product pages for precise info.

Most of our strap styles will fit almost any standard lug attachment watch. We also sell straps that are specially designed for specific watch models.

Some watches require a special band that has a specific end piece. Please check our size guide if you’re unsure if your watch requires a standard or non-standard strap.

You must order the strap size that matches your watch’s lug width. This is measured in millimeters. If your watch is an uneven size (ex: 17mm), and we do not carry this size, we recommend sizing down to next millimeter size (ex: 16mm).

Yes, you will need a spring bar removal tool to remove the spring bars from the watch lugs, and install the new strap. If you need to purchase one please click here.

You can also take your watch over to watch repair shop or jeweler to have them do it for you.
