The original Vivoactive band was cracking so I ordered a replacement strap from Strapsco and it was here in two days. The new band took 10 minutes to install, thanks to the two torq screw drivers shipped with the band. The band itself is a clear improvement over the original, with a nice, matte finish (the previous one was shiny) and a bump at the end of the one strap to keep the strap holder ring from slipping down the band. Small, but important detail.
