I must say I am rating you 5 stars now and the new clasp is perfect and holds solid and locks in crisply. Really accents the watch! Thank you for the assist and I will do more business with you!

I just received a black with red stitching. Beautiful looking, solid strap but buckle does not hold. There is hardly any metal flap to hold in the catch area. I hear it click in but I bend my wrist and it pops open. Not happy with the clasp.

Fantastic strap and great Clasp. The clasp is crisp and secure with no noticeable slop or rattling. The strap was Initially stiff but after 2 days it’s broken in and super comfortable while still maintaining it’s structure. Great quality and looks fantastic. Exactly what I wanted.

I loved the strap. Excellent material. It was difficult to adjust the size; I’m not sure if it was defective or if I didn’t know how to do it. Once you have the correct size, the strap looks great. One of the pins was smaller than the size it needed to be, so I had to swap it for a correct-sized one so it wouldn’t come loose.
Regardless, it has become my favorite strap. I used to love the watch, and now I love it even more. I definitely recommend it.

Terrible deployment clasp system. Strap is very difficult/impossible to slide back and forth if you need smaller or larger fit. Pin on clasp going into strap seems a bit short. Do not recommend only because of clasp. Sailcloth strap itself is fine.

I think this clasp system is amazing and it’s same used by many major luxury Swiss watch brands. It sounds like you received a defective clasp. I apologize for this and will ship you a replacement.

Decent strap, happy they have the longer length. Inside lining is a little fragile, seems to pull easily. Get it set properly for size before pushing the pin through the hole, getting it disengaged again without snagging is tough.
