I bought three straps in black, grey, and pink. Black and grey are must-haves, and pale pink is my current color obsession, so was happy to find that color among the options! I’m grateful to find replacement straps for this Fitbit model, as it is so old that even Fitbit doesn’t sell straps for it anymore! (I’m actually surprised at how long this one has lasted, but hope it keeps ticking because I don’t want the newer, larger models with more bells and whistles!) I am also glad to have found this company as I am loathe to give Amazon more business and only do so when there are no other options. Very happy with my purchases and will be back when needed!

I have an old model Fitbit and was concerned about finding the right strap for it which certainly was not available locally. Fortunately I found the StrapsCo website and was able to get exactly what I needed. I have used a Fitbit for years and the information it provides is important to me so I’m glad to get it operating again.

It did not take long to receive my order, however, it was not the correct band. After contacting Customer Service and providing them with a photo of the incorrect band, they immediately sent the correct band. In the meantime, they provided me with a postage free address label to return the incorrect band. The new band works very well, probably easier to put on than the original
fitbit band.
