When I initially received the bracelet, I was unable to open the bracelet in order to be able to wear it. StrapsCo sent me some assistance in how the open
and close the bracelet. Since then I wear the bracelet all the time and enjoy it a lot. I like the gold metal and the brown color of the bracelet.
