Ordered the watermelon color of this band! when I received it and put it on my Luxe it wouldnt click and the bands pull off easily. contact Straps and ask for a replacement. Was told by customer service they would send me one and test it before they sent it. It took about a week or so and it was in my mailbox. Very timely matter!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! will ordered again for sure!!

Good band, but the paint on the buckle started to come off, which is disappointing. I’ve had mine for just a year, and I was sad that the paint came off when the strap was otherwise still in good condition.
