This seems like a nice company to deal with. I received my watchband quickly and safely. I was replacing an identical perforated Fitbit band that was old and ripped on one side. The problem with the new band is that the buckle side is defective and absolutely will not lock onto my Fitbit so I had to reuse that half of my old band. Fortunately, the half of the new band that does lock on just fine is the half that I really needed so I have a functional watchband again though half is old and half is new. I’m sure this was a rare defect and I’m sure that Strapsco would have exchanged it had I bothered to ask. These perforated Fitbit watchbands are comfy, economical and ok to wash. I’d order another one in the future.
