Wow, I was really surprised with how well this fit on my Tudor Date-Day right out of the package! You will need a bit of patience when sizing this watch, since the jubilee links are individually connected, getting them interlinked takes some patience, but once you have it sized to your wrist, it feels extremely comfortable. I like that the clasp is sterile without branding and since the end links are hollow, if you need to bend them to fit the case shape, you can do so with some plastic wrapped pliers (to avoid scratching the metal). I have my original Tudor bracelet, but honestly the look of the jubilee on this one has me in a honeymoon phase all over again!

The multi-link ‘Jubilee’ portion of the bracelet is very well made and finished. The 20mm version tapers down to 16mm at the clasp. This style of bracelet is known for conforming to the wrist for all-day comfort and the classic five-piece link design allows your wrist to breathe. The sizing links use an easy-to-adjust push-pin style adjustment method. I was able to size it down to accommodate a 6.75″ wrist. The V-shaped end-links can be pressed to close down the shape to match the lugs of your watch. I used a workbench vise, to apply very gentle pressure to fold the end link to closely match the lug angle for my particular Seiko. Pro-tip: I used a micro fiber cleaning cloth in the vise to protect the end links from scratches. The description for this bracelet should be corrected to note the bracelet features a fold-over clasp, not a hidden clasp. It’s very much not hidden by design.
Speaking of the clasp, this part let’s down the watch and is where the strap looses points. It features a clamshell design with a tiny tab at the end. After all the quality straps and bracelets I’ve purchased from StrapsCo, I was surprised to see this rather cheap, friction based closure. It doesn’t always close easy and you have to sort of compress the band on your wrist in order for the clamshell to reach over the last link allowing it to snap into place. There is no ‘security’ pushers or safety clamp on this closure. To be fair, this is a very inexpensive bracelet and is best for adding some elegance and quality appearance to an inexpensive watch as I’ve done with an favorite old Seiko quartz dress watch in my collection. I will note the clasp has six (!) micro adjustment positions for the bracelet. This is brilliant in helping you get an exact fit. This put a star back on the review for three stars.
