Ordered a strap for my Fitbit sense. It came with no adapters so did not fit. StrapsCo sent me the adapters and no instructions or help. Went to my trusted watch repair business and they installed them and adjusted the bracelet for me. Love the bracelet, very good quality, just wish the adapters were installed as they apparently were on other customers.
