I got a wristband for my Fitbit Inspire. It is better than the original wristband. You’d expect things like this to be packaged in a cheap little plastic wrapper, but taht wasn’t the case. It was placed in a thick plastic little bag of high quality. I’m keeping it to store my fitbit in. I had an issue when I placed my order and it was taken care of right away. Turns out I misunderstood the special offer. The customer rep I communicated with was helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely keep doing business here.

First off, I love the company, love the bands and the excellent customer service. This is my third time ordering bands from Strapsco.
I bought this pin and tuck band for my mother-in-law’s Fitbit. She’s an active 70 year old. I thought it would be easy for her to snap on, however even after lots of practice she just couldn’t ‘one handedly’ position and snap this style of band to her wrist. Too much time and trouble for her to make this style of band worthwhile. Unfortunately we had to request an exchange for another style.
