I absolutely LOVE my new Milanese mesh strap. My original fitbit strap bit the dust, and I wanted something classier looking than the rubber/plastic, whatever it is they give you with a Charge 2. I ordered this rose gold strap (to match the face of my fitbit which was rose gold). It is incredible, just gorgeous. I’m PROUD to wear it, and people have admired it since I put it on! I also cannot praise customer service enough, my strap was originally sent to a big box company here in Toronto for pick up, and they never received it, or they lost it. I contacted Alicia in Customer service, and she had this strap delivered express to me, and i received it the next day. THIS is a company I will use again and again.
