This strap exceeds my expectations! All I hoped for was a mesh strap that didn’t catch on half of my clothes and create snags. It seems you can only buy inexpensive but poorly-made mesh straps on Amazon, these days. And yet, I wore a Skagen watch with a mesh band for many years and it didn’t catch on my clothes, so I knew it was possible. Not only does this band not catch, the fastener is more secure than the magnetic ones on most of these bands. With the bonus that I’d don’t find my arm pinned to metal tabletops or chair arms, on occasion!

The watchband came in when expected, and looks as expected. The metal mesh does not stretch, so it does not pull my wrist hairs. The clasp was surprisingly easy to adjust for my size wrist- I used a pair of scissors to pry it open then tamp it back into place. Unlike other clasp bands I’ve had, this one stays closed. I think the levers to secure it to the watch are ingenious. That said, I did have to fiddle with for quite a few minutes to make it work, but that is because it was a new process; I’m sure I’ll get quicker as I get used to it. It is nice to have something that feels more classy on my wrist, as the silicone band it came with made my skin curdle. To date I am very pleased.
