Great color on my wife’s yellow gold watch. Maybe I’m old but I’m used to solid spring bars, they just seem more reliable and solid to me. The quick release opened while my wife was dancing, maybe the leather isn’t broken in yet, but I noticed it can slide to open due to the stiffness of the leather. Quality of leather and color is great tho

So maybe instead of owning a pile of different watches, I should just swap out watch bands colors every day. That quick release thing makes me consider it. But I’m not going to throw away a dozen watches. But I probably won’t be buying any new watches for many years, just new watch bands, now that I discovered strapsco. I have these both in black and brown, the latter with a yellow gold buckle. They’re very comfortable and compliment my vintage watches with their unpadded look; The unpadded look seems to be bound to the “women’s” croc strap, while the “men’s” croc strap is padded, so just base your choice between them on that. One thing to note however, the gold buckle I received with the brown strap was NOT a “thumbnail” style buckle, but rather a “tang” buckle. I don’t know if that was just in the specific batch I happened to buy from, but something to keep in mind if it matters to you. Also, the finish has flaked a bit sooner than expected on some edges.
