Strap works great. They needed to send a video of how to attach as it was snapping off. It would have saved time if this info was shared before purchase as I thought at first that I had a defective product.

Ordered the watermelon color of this band! when I received it and put it on my Luxe it wouldnt click and the bands pull off easily. contact Straps and ask for a replacement. Was told by customer service they would send me one and test it before they sent it. It took about a week or so and it was in my mailbox. Very timely matter!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! will ordered again for sure!!

I love all 3 straps I got. I did have a problem with one of the straps not fitting my Fitbit Luxe quite right which caused it to pop off. I reach out to support and got a prompt reply. The new strap is on its way. Great customer service and great product!!
