I ordered this in the polished 20mm size to use on a particularly special leather strap that I don’t want to wear out. When I received the clasp, I was disappointed to discover that it took no effort at all for it to release. Almost no resistance at all, the push buttons weren’t even necessary for it to open. In my opinion, it was unusable and I immediately requested a return.
The next day (Thanksgiving, actually) Martin contacted me via email & asked if I’d prefer an exchange. He even offered to test out another clasp to make sure it held firm and would meet my expectations. Five days later, the replacement clasp has arrived and it seems to work perfectly with no issues. I appreciate that Martin took the time to make sure that they had something that worked for me, saving me the trouble and frustration of continued searches. Cheers!
