The first time I used the strap, immediately after opening the package, the quick release spring bar broke. The small metal piece you pull to quick release broke off, leaving me with a regular spring bar.

I’ve had the strap on the wrist for 1 hour and the comfort is excellent. Had many tropic’s there quality and comfort is nothing compared to this band.
