It is good quality and not itchy or scratchy, but it’s too large for smaller wrists (and I don’t even have a super small wrist for a woman). I’m wearing it but it spins around on my wrist too easily to utilize the heart rate and other features.

Nice band but not quite small enough for women. Have it on the smallest size setting and it just fits so if there is any ‘give/stretch’ over time it will end up too big
