I am impressed with the bracelet style band I ordered for my Fitbit Charge 6. A great improvement over the original.
Wanting to occasionally change out using some of the straps I have on hand I ordered the adapter set.
I was, with some challenge, able to attach a standard watch band to the adapters. Unfortunately, the adapters do not latch to my watch. Wish I had tried that first! They slide into place, but do not latch. This despite multiple attempts. I determined to return them for a refund.
These parts appear to be cast metal, not machined, which may contribute to their failure.
I did contact customer service and received a couple of automated responses as well as one or two that may have been from a human. I felt that since I was sent a non-functional product I should be able to return them for a full refund including shipping charges I paid. Doesn't seem to be happening so I opted to just return the product and lose the shipping $. I also opted to print my own return label rather than pay another $3.99 for Straps Co. to send me an additional label.
Bottom line - the watch band I purchased seems good after a couple of months. I would not trust accessories.
