The pin on our Fitbit broke. I measured it and ordered a 19mm set. As it turned out I should have ordered an 18mm.

Exactly what I ordered. A watch wristband (2 of them actually,one as a spare.) The pins looked like good quality items and were exactly what I needed. It took about 7 business days to arrive, so,no complaints and 5 stars all around.

You folks did a outstanding job. One of the straps was to big but that was the fault of the watchmaker who stated the wrong size on their website. Kudo’s to your firm.
