Watching the short instructional video was very helpful. I took have a small wrist, and had to remove 6 links, but the end pieces that attach to the Fitbit is so wide that with the charge 5 you can only see the pretty band from the side. I with the connector pieces were 1/2 the size they are. Also, I just scuffed the band on the wall a few minutes ago 🥺 and the finish came off. I nearly lost my FB several times because of this. When I contacted the Straps Co asking for a new clasp, they responded by quickly sending a new band. I appreciate their quick response to the problem, so am changing my review to a 5 star.

I liked its fashionable look. The links were easy to take out with the tool I bought. After a month of continual wear, the clasp would come undone at inopportune times and my FB would fall on the floor or sidewalk. I nearly lost my FB several times before I decided to replace this band with the original plain black band that came with my FB. It’s not as fashionable, but I don’t have to worry about losing my FB due to a poorly constructed clasp.
