Customer Service quickly responded to my concern, said it must be an isolated case and shipped a replacement. Being a skeptic, I figured the replacement would fray, too. After all, how good can a band be for $17 including the buckle?
I was wrong. The replacement still looks excellent after several months.
Kudos to strapsco on their Customer Service. I’ll look here first when I need/want other bands.
