I couldn’t get straps to attach. Had to get my husband’s help. I have a small wrist so smaller size is appreciated.

Some difficulty attaching straps. Not sure they would stay attached. So far so good after 5 days. The look, feel and fit of the straps is excellent.

They look good but dont snap in like the original. My wife had a hard time. Easy to take off.

I honestly love this strap as much, if not more, than the original one. I like the matte black finish and the flexible fit and feel. Much better than some bands I purchased off a well-known website.

Strap works great. They needed to send a video of how to attach as it was snapping off. It would have saved time if this info was shared before purchase as I thought at first that I had a defective product.

Ordered the watermelon color of this band! when I received it and put it on my Luxe it wouldnt click and the bands pull off easily. contact Straps and ask for a replacement. Was told by customer service they would send me one and test it before they sent it. It took about a week or so and it was in my mailbox. Very timely matter!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! will ordered again for sure!!

Band was exactly what I ordered and the color was even better in person. Loved the video on how to install, which I needed. Would definitely order from this company again!!
