Thanks for sharing your experience; we're sorry to hear the bracelet didn’t meet your expectations, especially after the excitement of finding one for your Hamilton Khaki Field.
We appreciate the honest feedback as it helps us improve. If you’d like to explore other strap options or discuss a possible exchange, feel free to reach out. We're here to help!

Got this for my Hamilton Khaki Field PVC. Been struggling to find a solid black bracelet for it and was really excited for this. It is very jangly/noisy strap and not much more solid than a $20 bracelet I had previously bought on Amazon. Already took it off my watch and probably won't be putting it back on again.

This is a very nice bracelet. I put it on my Hamilton and it really works well. I did have a few issues, however. This bracelet was not the easiest thing to put on. I ended up having to take it to a jeweler to save myself more frustration and potentially damaging my watch. Once on, it does look great. I have never really had any trouble putting a bracelet on any of my watches but this was difficult and worth mentioning. I would suggest saving your time and taking it to a professional right off the bat.

Extremely well-executed Oyster-style bracelet. Feels solid on wrist and adds significant presence to your diver's watch.
Not shown in the pics is the excellent fold-over clasp with an integrated lift-over security closure. Also not mentioned is the hidden diver extension; intended to give the strap a little expansion to fit over a wet suit but also great for desk divers on warm days when your wrist expands and you want to drop the watch "below the bone" on your wrist. Built into the clasp are three hidden micro adjustments indents to help you get a perfect fit. For sizing, the bracelet features enough removeable (screw pins) links to fit my 6.5" wrist. It's worth noting that the solid end links feature a ~3mm protruding center link. This will lengthen the effective lug-to-lug length of your watch. The benefit to protruding center links is that they allow the bracelet to wrap around your wrist sooner if your watch features downward lugs - like those found on a certain Swiss diver's watch that are popular in 'homage' designs. In fact, this strap fits perfectly on my homage diver, with an exact match to the the curved sloped lugs.
One minor quibble: There was an unfortunate sharp edge on the underside of the lift-over security closure on my product. Not enough to remove a star as this rough edge could not be felt while wearing the band. I have worse edges on factory-supplied clasps. I carefully filed this burr down with 600 grit wet sanding paper and buffed it with a rotary tool - a fast easy fix.
I recommend you purchase the StrapsCo's Professional Spring Bar tool or similar to make adjustments. You will also want to have a 1mm screw driver to remove the screw pin links from the bracelet.
Overall, a great value - I recommend this strap.

On its own, the quality of the strap was as expected. The fit was difficult, but that is to be expected since the manufacturer cannot conform to all watch designs at once. Overall, i recommend this strap.
