I use it on my Garmin and can easily expand it to wear the fitness tracker on my upper arm when working as a massage therapist, then shorten the strap again for my wrist, after work. Being able to wear it up on my arm allows me to track my caloric burn during my physical job.
It is much more comfortable than the strap that came with the watch.
