I ordered a new band for my Fitbit Versa 2. After what seemed and inordinate period of time without any movement in the shipment, I contacted the CS folks established and emailed thread with Angela. She was extremely professional and apologized for the delay. I won’t go into all the details, but what she did for me was a true example of quality customer service. Her actions cemented me as a happy and loyal customer. I wish all companies treated their customers like Angela and Strapsco!!!

I just got it and I love the fit once it is on. My only concern is the length of the band as It just slid over my hand wide open, I am 5’10” and have XL golfing gloves. If you have very large hands it may be snug getting it on. Would be nice if there were two options on size, I would have gotten the larger one. Still like the band, hopefully next time I order they will have another size option, maybe add another inch to the band as another size option.

I love the blue color and the ease at which it goes on wrist. It is easy to attach to the Fitbit. Haven’t used two others I ordered yet but I’m sure I will like them!

I am very happy with this woven band. Like others say it is easy to put on and take off, comfortable to wear, nice looking band. It is a little loose on my tiny wrist.

I like the band in general and easy to take on and off. My only change would be to make it just a little longer. When I slip off the watch, the end slips through which then makes it a bit harder to put on with one hand. It is a minor annoyance for an otherwise very good product.

I love this woven band! It is so easy to attach to my Versa. No more irritation to my wrist from a buckle and I can adjust the strap as needed during the day. Very comfy and attractive. I ordered 3 bands

Probably the best wrist band I’ve purchased as an alternative to the Fitbit brand it self. Previously purchased woven bands in the past and they have not been as durable as this nylon strap has been. Looking forward to wearing the other colours I got too.

I ordered a variety of bands but this was by far my favorite. The flexibility to have an exact fit with this velcro band is what I loved the most. It is not too small or too big, it is the exact size for my wrist since it is adjustuble. The color and style is also very pleasing. This gets 5 stars! I will be ordering more of this one.

This band is vary easy to put on and take off, especially compared to the band the Versa 2 comes with. Switching bands is also very easy.
The blue color is quite neutral. I actually prefer brighter colors so I bought another band in a different style. I will probably switch them occasionally.
