Sadly I haven’t had the best experience. The website created a double order. I contacted you via email and you immediately took care or the double order so I really appreciated that. When I received my band it had no pins to attach the band to the fitbit. Thankfully I had some spare pins. Its just disappointing that no pins were included since the band is at a high price point.

I purchased this band as I was getting a sore spot on my wrist from the original silicon band. I have small wrists and this was a little loose on me but I love it. Easy to install, pretty design, fast shipping and more importantly NOT from China.

Definitely need sizing options. I’m seeing that the band is too snug for others, but it actually swallows my wrist. Was so looking forward to wearing it too.

Easy purchase, fast shipping. I echo the other comment about the stretch band being a bit snug, other sizing options would be great (only reason not 5 stars.) Other than that small critique, the band was very easy to install and the quality is great.

The colors are great and versatile. I order 3 different types of bans and they all fit my wrist. I have the Versa Fitbit.

Love the elastic band however I ordered the one with silver accents and they’re a bit cheap looking….I won’t do this one again. Ugh!
