I order on line all of the time. But for some reason I would wind up with strap colors and extra bands that I never thought I ordered. However, Steve Norris was always quick to fix the situation. I do like the metal Fitbit bands as opposed to the rubber ones that came with the watch.

Finally, found the band I am looking for my fitbit! Superior quality, stylish look. It is definitely a vast improvement over the fragile silicone band that snapped. This should be the default band that comes with every fitbit!
