I gave a previous review of 3 because I received a defective band and although I had contacted the company I had received no response. Since then the company has responded and resolved my issue as best they could by replacing the defective band and refunding the difference in price since the originally ordered strap was no longer available. Thank you for taking the time to correct this…it is much appreciated.

I received my order of 2 Fitbit bands on time. Was able to put them on easily however within one day the band broke apart, where the metal band connects to the Fitbit connector, so that it fell off my arm. I notified the company that I wanted a replacement but I have not heard from them since. So far the second band is working. It is much less bulky than the plastic/rubber bands and does not get caught on my clothing when wearing long sleeve shirts. I give this a three star due to the hit and miss quality and the poor customer service.

We are very pleased with the Strapsco band for my wife’s Fitbit Charge 2. Since getting the Fitbit we have been through 3 bands because they would break. This time we decided to look for a band that will be more substantial AND more attractive. The band fit as advertised, it is very attractive and easy to put on and take off the Fitbit. The cost is higher than replacing with the standard bands, but it is less than the total cost of all the other bands we have had to purchase. And delivery was very quick. Thank you for this lovely option.

This is the second Milanese mesh strap in blue that we’ve ordered. We got one for my wife because her rubber strap detached from her Fitbit and we couldn’t get it to re-latch. The Milanese clicks solidly into place and the closure is vastly easier to work that the rubber strap’s was. She liked it so much I got a matching one for myself. Looks great and makes the Fitbit feel more like a wristwatch than it did before. Quick shipping, too.
