    I ordered a band for my Fitbit and had it about 4 months and the buckle broke. I emailed Strapsco and they said that shouldn’t have happened.

    Alex from Strapsco said he had my customer info and would ship a new one out with free shipping.

    There’s not a lot of companies out there that will do this for customers these days.

    Order took nine days to arrive – looks like it was shipped quickly but handling by USPS took excessive time
    Glad to get watchband for Fitbit 2 but large was barely enough to fit my medium wrist. Someone needs to re-eval the size charts!
