I was thrilled to discover StrapsCo online and the extensive assortment of watch bands they offered through their simple, very intuitive web site; the ability to filter on 18mm, long, leather products was a big time saver in conducting the search for my next watch band. I was a little dismayed at the number of selections that were “out of stock” or no longer available, but I eventually found four attractive bands that were available then selected the best for my order: Dark brown Tapered Pebbled Leather Strap by DASSARI.

After exchanging email with a member of their team, I was relieved to learn that StrapsCo strives to provide as accurate inventory information as possible, but because of high demand or supply chain delays, an issue that is all too common these days, their stock levels can fluctuate quickly. They do not list products as available if they are not in stock, unless they intend to make them available again. For those popular items, they will add my name to a waitlist so I know when those products are restocked.

The new band was received 6 days after it shipped, well within their 3 to 10 day shipping goal. When I installed the new band, I chose to use the old pins instead of the “Quick Release” pins shipped with the band. The new pins barely fit into the hole of the watch lugs in my old watch. They were the right size but a fraction of an inch shorter than the old pins and, in my opinion, not as sturdy. Because I had no plans for quickly releasing my watch band, I decided instead on the added stability. I am very happy with the fit, quality and appearance of the new band. It serves as both a casual daily and a dress band.
