This is one of those classic manly leather strap options out there. The color is deep and rich, with a staining effect that gives it that vintage charm. I love how the contrast stitch gives some visual interest to the leather and when you put it with an aviator styled watch, the end result is *chefs kiss* amazing! I did have a short bit of break in period with this strap but its loosened up nicely and still feels robust on the wrist.

I bought it as a replacement for the vintage rubber strap on my 1970’s Le Gran diver’s watch. The watchband not only boasts great quality but also offers a stylish look. It is very easy to attach and remove, making it convenient for daily use. I opted for the brown band, and it complements the watch perfectly. The leather is durable and has a nice weight to it, providing both comfort and stability. The quick-release pins make installation a breeze and feel just as secure as traditional pins. The Dassari series are some of the best leather straps I have come across. I got this for my Rolex and it compliments it so beautifully. The 16mm buckle end is perfect to install my Rolex buckle and it looks just beautiful. Don’t forget to measure your wrist and check the length in the description because i didn’t and went with “Standard” .Standard turned out longer than what I needed for my wrist and short would have been perfect. But better a bit longer than a bit shorter so was very happy anyway. Will definitely come back for more.

The rust one looks really nice when you get it. Looks amazing! But when you wrap it around your wrist and it flexes the leather gets a lot lighter. I’ve seen other straps from other makers that are made out of the same shiny leather do the same thing so I’m pretty sure that’s just what that leather does. But it was kind of disappointing. The strap went from perfect to merely very nice. The dark brown one doesnt do that, it’s not made out of the shiny finish leather and retains it’s color when you bend it.
