I got 2 different colours of the canvas strap. The first band started to pop off at the top connection, at least once or twice a day. I switched bands, hoping it was just a factory defect. Unfortunately, I found the same thing occurred with the other one. I continued to wear it to test it out, hoping I could prevent it by adjusting the tightness etc. However both bands would come disconnected far too easily for my liking. Might have to resort to returning them.
